Preparatory Program

1. Studienkolleg

Studienkolleg is a preparatory standardization school for foreigners to enroll them into universities/FH in Germany. Since  primary and secondary education in Indonesia takes 12 years to complete while it takes 13 years in Germany, Senior High School (SMA) graduates from Indonesia are not treated the same with the graduates of Abitur (SMA in Germany) from Germany. Studienkolleg is  essentially part of a university that makes certain that foreigners planning to study in Germany have the sufficient education level to study at universities/FH in Germany and the ability to communicate in German during their study.

Requirements
o    Skill in Germany language at the level of “Zertifikat Deutsch” (ZD) or B1 in accordance with European Agreement for Level of Language Competency
o    Minimum average grade 6.0 in EBTANAS (National Exams)/NEM (Pure National Exams Scores)/UAN (National Final Exams)
o    Passing entrance exams (German language for freshmen who have not obtained B1 and mathematics certificates)

2. Freshman

Freshman Program is a soft-landing for foreign students  during their entry year. Through this program, students from all over the world study in small groups  inside an intercultural environment which prepares them for a future in today’s global community.
